Hallowe'enie! Passing classes! NaNoWriMo!

I found out today, much to my utmost joy, I actually AM passing Business Management!
I did the math - i had a 50, right on! five-o-n'-go! Hahaha! YES!

But then I did my lab, got perfect, and now my mark is a 52% ;D So excited, hurr. I should actually show up and do shit more often, lol!

But anyways, Hallowe'en pub is tomorrow, and I'm so excited. This was my favourite pub last year, and I'm totally looking forward to going again this year.

I'm either dressing in my Ninja costume (which I'm pretty sure you've all seen before, it's the one with the red kimono thing over top), oooor (and this one is more likely), my steampunk outfit. HURR.

Pictures.

This isn't the one I sewed together myself - that one is still a WIP. This is the one assembled from random articles of clothing I've been picking up at second hand stores and from around my house. I'm a little upset, though - two of my belts for this went missing. The shirt I spent hours chopping and re-sewing and dying went missing. My elbow-length lace glove(s) went missing. My fingerless black gloves went missing. the choker I hand-made went missing. I broke the thread holding up the gathers in the skirt (in the pictures I subbed in an old belt to hold it up, don't like it as much, but meh, it'll do). Various other parts were missing, too. So I'm pretty frustrated with it, it doesn't look as complete as I hoped.

But, alas, Joscelyn and Annemarie and I are all jumpin' in my Kabooki Justice tonight and motoring it off to Value Village, so we can find Annemarie a costume. I'll be picking up whatever odds and ends I can use while we're there. (btw, just in case you're behind on the times, Kabooki Justice is my car's name.)

Also, NaNoWriMo soon. Hmmm. I have a deillema here.

I can either...

1) Get started and finished on my Plant ID II final project before November (it's due at the end of Nov.) oooor
2) finish working out my plot kinks and name my characters and get my story plans all ready for NaNo.

...I don't think I'll have time for both. The reason I'm having trouble choosing is simple.
If I don't get my Plant ID II project done before november, It'll take away from precious novelling time and I will probably fail NaNoWriMo.
If I don't get my story plans done before I start, I'll get stuck in a really, really big rut (like I always do when I rush to start my not-very-well-thought-out-stories-where-my-characters-still-don't-have-names) and I won't finish.

It's really hard to decide - either way seems to lead to imminent failure of my novel, but I have this feeling that if I pick one and at least do one, I might be able to scrape by and make it through NaNoWriMo. I had to drop the story last year for Plant ID I, and I don't wanna do it again. HURR. What to do, what to do....

JESSIE HAD HER BABY :D

I'M AN AUNT I'M AN AUNT I'M AN AUNT!

The baby is a girl, her name is Bridget Dawn Lammers~ I'M SO EXCITED OMG

She had the baby around... 10 I think? I got the call at about 11 that it was born, so...

I wanted to drive off right then and there and go see it, but I had to finish my weeds project (day late, but teach said he wouldn't dock anything because family comes first!), now I'm going for lunch then to go to class then to write a midterm. Then I'm skipping out on the lab-bit of Landscape Design II to go home, then to London, to see the baby!

H'OMG I'M SO FUCKING EXCIIITEEEED. BAAAABYYYYY.

CALL ME TANTE TRISH ;D
(Oh, wait, I'm the uncle, not the aunt. I almost forgot. In that case...)
CALL ME OOM TRISH ;D

EDIT: Totally epic passed the greenhouse test... totally epic failed the Landscape Design midterm. And that's supposed to be my good class?! Ah well.

GOING TO GO MEET BABY BRIDGET. BYE.

Too many things going on in my head

1. Jessie is having her baby. EXCITEMENT.
2. This project was due three hours ago, and I'm not quite done yet - giving up for tonight. EXHAUSTION.
3. Too many things to record, and they won't take long, but they still take time DX ANNOYANCE.
4. Too many tests to study for. A midterm tomorrow, two midterms on friday and a test. Too busy with projects to study. STRESSED.
5. Still haven't started my crop in greenhouse... -sigh- DEPRESSED.
6. Need to get that layout for my aunt's website done BEFORE saturday morning. Not gonna happen. WORRIED.
7. Got to sleep in today; it felt really, really, good. RESTED.
8. Too much sugar. ANXIOUS/AWAKE
9. Hungry. HUNGRY/AGGRAVATED.
10. Found some names for characters in my NaNoWriMo novel. RELIEVED.

Anyways, all in all, I'm just really messed up in the head right now, and not in my usual way. So much stress. Last night it got to the point where I had trouble breathing. I told Luke that on Skype, he made me join a voice chat to calm me down. It didn't help much, but the beer I had while joking and distracting myself really did.

AND OH MY GOD I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNT. HURRRRRRRR.

In the mean time, aside from teh fact I'm going to be an aunt, my SUPER SECRET PROJECT IS GONNA BE UNDERWAY SOON, since the teaser scripting is done. Just need to finish up the casting, send teh editor teh musics, and get everyone's lines in. Gawsh I'm excited.

Combine those two things with the song I'm about to post, and you've got the only three, meagre things that have been stopping me from throwing myself out the window.

This song is Christian rock, song is "I Can't Do This" by Plumb. Gosh, she's amazing.
And the whole first verse - as soon as I heard it - just smacked me like a brick. THE WHOLE FIRST VERSE IS LIKE, MY PAST THREE WEEKS IN A NUTSHELL. HURR.

But I do like that song. ;_;

YAY! :D NaNo plans!~

Now that my school work load has lightened considerably, I'll be devoting my free time to working on my duct tape Akatsuki cloak, scripting MY SOOPER SECRET PROJECT I CAN'T TELL YOU GUYS ABOUT YET UNTIL I GET A TEASER DONE, recording auditions and lines, but most of all... plans for NaNoWriMo '09!

Man I'm excited. I took a really basic, simple, generic idea, and pimped it out. At least, that's what I think I've done with it. It probably sucks, at least, as is, it does suck. But when I get all my little plot kinks and holes and loop holes ironed out, I'm gonna have a pretty solid idea. I already have my characters pretty much all made and ready to go; might throw in a few more, one or two still need some work, but for the most part my main cast is good to go. Well, everyone still needs names... hurr... but that will come with time. ...I hope.

Regardless, I'm excited to start writing again. :3 I haven't written a real story in AGES. Probably since about last November! Hahaha. I'm such a loser. ;_;

But anywho, yes. My list of things to do this week:

- Audition for the Naruto Abridged movie thing
- Nursery project (due today!)
- NaNoWriMo plans
- More auditions for sandersthepimp (I'm already his Revy, Rem, and Chinglish...)

...Shit! Will add more to list when I'm not late for class. As in, lost track of time from blogging. Gotta go. Will edit and finish later. Bye!

4 down...

4 of 7 midterms/tests done
0 of 2 projects handed in

The rest of this week is still looking crazy, but I'm managing to survive.

It's moments as stressful as this one that I'm reminded that I STILL haven't started to script my ... series yet. (It's a surprise, you'll have to wait and see!)
Which, of course, just brings me more stress. Because I want to do it, but as it stands, I cannot. I have to wait. But I don't want to wait. And I still have to finish casting. Huuu.

Also, I need to go to bed early tonight, especially if I'm going to pub tomorrow. (That's right - no matter how stressed and anxious and frustrated I get, there's always time for dressing like a fool, drinking like a fool, acting like a fool, and feeling like a million bucks.)

But for now, I've got class. Toodles.

Busy, busy week...

2 tests down, 5 to go.
1 project handed in, indeterminable amount to go. (at LEAST one... maybe two? Pah, I don't know.)

So yeah, this week is gonna suck. I've slowed down on my voice auditions for the time being, and instead, threw together a demo reel. I forgot to throw in my Tayuya (Naruto) clips, and also forgot my White Rabbit (Alic in Wonderland (Yes, this one is spelt Alic.)) But oh well. Here's my demo reel.

If you don't think my Revy sounds like me, have fun listening to half the other shit I've been up to. XD YOU WILL BE EVEN MOAR "THAT'S NOT YOU!" ...but it is me. HURR.

So yeah. Looking, now, at how many of those are marked as "Casted", I'm actually taking great pride in this hobby. :D
I just found out now I lost out on the main character role from Bastard!, but that's okay. Obviously I wasn't casted because I wouldn't be able to do it effectively. XD Fine by me!~ i'm looking forward to the fandub, looks like an awesome cast.

But I digress; as I was saying, I like this little... talent? hobby? skill? pasttime? ...Whatever it is, I like it. I truly enjoy doing amateur voice acting. :D
